If you’re missing most of your teeth, or living with dentures that slip, All-on-4 implants can give you a full set of fixed teeth on just four implants. They don’t come out at night, they don’t need adhesive, and you can bite into an apple again.
What Makes All-on-4 Different
A traditional full-arch implant plan can call for six to eight implants per jaw. All-on-4 uses four. The two front implants go in straight, and the two back implants are angled to make the most of the bone you have. That angle often lets us avoid bone grafting, even if you’ve had some bone loss.
A full arch of teeth is then attached to the four implants and stays fixed in place. Only your dentist can remove it.
New Teeth in One Day
In many cases, we can remove any remaining teeth, place your four implants, and attach a temporary set of teeth in a single visit. You walk out with a full smile. After a few months of healing, we replace the temporary with your permanent, custom-made arch.
Your All-on-4 Treatment at Siena Dental
Request a Free Consult1. Consultation and 3D Scan
Your free consultation starts with a 3D CBCT scan, which shows your jawbone, nerves, and sinuses. Your dentist uses it to plan the exact position and angle of each implant, and you get a written plan and estimate.
2. Surgery Day
We numb the area and offer sedation, including advanced sedation with a local anesthesiologist, so you can rest through the procedure. Your dentist removes any failing teeth, places the implants, and attaches your temporary teeth.
3. Healing
You’ll eat softer foods while the implants fuse with your jawbone. We check in along the way.
4. Your Final Smile
We take digital impressions and attach your permanent arch, designed for strength and a natural look.
Why Patients Choose All-on-4
Fixed, not removable
No slipping, no adhesive, no taking your teeth out at night.
Eat what you like
Much stronger bite force than traditional dentures.
Fewer implants
Four implants per arch keeps surgery and cost down compared with replacing every tooth.
Protects your jawbone
Implants help slow the bone loss that happens under dentures.
Easy care
Brush daily, clean under the arch with a water flosser, and keep your regular checkups.

All-on-4 FAQs
-
Am I a candidate for All-on-4?
If you're missing most of your teeth in one or both jaws, or your remaining teeth can't be saved, you may be. Your 3D scan shows whether you have enough bone, and the angled implants often work even when bone is limited. -
How much does All-on-4 cost?
It depends on whether you're treating one or both arches and what prep work you need. You'll get an exact estimate at your free consultation. See dental implant cost for more. -
Will I be awake?
You can be, with the area fully numbed, or you can choose sedation. Many All-on-4 patients choose sedation. -
Can I switch from dentures to All-on-4?
Yes. Many people switch to All-on-4 after years of wearing dentures. We'll evaluate your bone and talk through the change. -
How long does All-on-4 last?
The implants can last decades with good care. The arch itself may need repair or replacement after many years of wear.
