Dentures have come a long way. Today’s dentures fit better, look more natural, and can even be anchored to implants so they don’t slip. At Siena Dental, we make full, partial, and implant-supported dentures, and we’ll help you find the option that fits your mouth, your budget, and the way you live.
Denture Options at Siena Dental
Full Dentures
Full dentures replace all the teeth in your upper or lower jaw. They rest on your gums and are held in place by suction and a close, custom fit.
Partial Dentures
If you still have some healthy teeth, a partial denture fills the gaps and clips securely to the teeth you have. It also keeps those teeth from shifting.
Implant-Supported Dentures
A few implants in your jaw hold the denture in place, so it snaps on and stays put when you eat and talk. No adhesive needed. If you want teeth that stay in full-time, All-on-4 implants give you a fixed full arch.
Stabilizing Your Current Denture
If your denture fits well but moves around, we may be able to add implants and fit your existing denture to attach to them.

What Makes a Good Denture
- A precise fit. We take detailed impressions and adjust your denture until it’s comfortable.
- A natural look. We choose the shape and shade of your teeth to suit your face, not a one-size set.
- Strong materials. Quality acrylic and porcelain teeth hold up to daily wear.
- Follow-up care. Your gums and jaw change over time, so we reline and adjust your denture when needed.
Getting Your Dentures
We start with an exam and X-rays, and a 3D scan if you’re considering implants. If any teeth need to come out, we handle extractions here. We then take impressions, have you try in a wax model to check the fit and look, and make your final denture. The process usually takes a few weeks, and we’ll talk through temporary options so you’re not without teeth in the meantime.
Denture FAQs
-
How long does it take to get used to dentures?
Most people adjust within a few weeks. Speaking and eating feel more natural each day. We'll adjust any sore spots along the way. -
How do I care for my dentures?
Take them out and brush them daily with a soft brush and denture cleaner, and soak them overnight. Brush your gums and any remaining teeth too. -
How often should dentures be replaced?
Dentures usually last 5 to 10 years. Relines in between keep them fitting well as your mouth changes. -
Are implant dentures worth it?
For many people, yes. They're more stable, you can eat a wider range of foods, and the implants help protect your jawbone. See dental implant cost to learn what affects pricing. -
Can I get dentures if I still have some teeth?
Yes. A partial denture works around your healthy teeth, and we'll only recommend removing teeth that can't be saved.
